Fall Spiced Apple Cran-Raisin Oatmeal | Cleveland Southside Moms


1/2 cup rolled oats , quick or old fashioned

1/2 cup almond milk (I used original)

1/2 cup water

1/8 tsp (heaping) cinnamon

1 pinch nutmeg

1 pinch ginger

1 pinch salt

1 tsp packed brown sugar

1/2 of a medium apple , diced

1 Tbsp chopped raisin cranberry blend

1 1/2 tsp cream


In a large microwave safe bowl, combine oats, almond milk, water, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger and salt.
Cook in microwave on HIGH power 2 – 3 minutes stirring once halfway through cooking (2 minutes for quick oats, 3 minutes for old fashioned oats).
Stir in brown sugar, apples, and raisin blend.
Allow to cool then drizzle top with cream (I add a little more almond milk too), serve warm
