- 4 ounces Pomegranate Juice
- 2 ounces Dry Gin
- 3/4 ounce Lemon Juice
- 1/2 ounce Elderflower Liqueur
- 1/2 sprig Rosemary leaves removed from stem
Into a shaker muddle lemon juice and rosemary together.
Add ice and pour in pomegranate juice, dry gin, and elderflower liqueur. Stir until well combined.
In a chilled coupe glass fine strain the cocktail. Garnish with a rosemary sprig and serve.
