Registration Information for New/Transfer Students:

New Student Applications are being accepted NOW for the 2022-2023 School Year. Please follow these steps to apply to St. Michael School:

Please begin by downloading and completing a New PRESCHOOL Student Application or a New K-8 Student Application and return to [email protected]

Admissions will be reviewed upon receipt. Final decisions will occur after February 8, 2022 and you will be notified by the school regarding your acceptance.

Once you are notified that your application has been accepted, you may register your student by downloading and completing a New PRESCHOOL Student Registration Form or a New K-8 Student Registration Form.

Kids Town Development Center

Unique daily experiences for educational, emotional, and physical development of your child.

Kids Town Child Development Center is a childcare facility specializing in serving the full and part-time needs of children ages 6 weeks through 5 years. We provide the structure and education critical in preparing children for a lifelong learning experience. Rather than having one large room where children can spend their time however they want, we have designed our center to house six clubhouses and separate “buildings” where children play, explore, and learn about the world around them in a healthy, safe, and nurturing environment.

Kids Town enhances the excitement of learning and play to create a nurturing environment by providing lower than state required ratios for the number of teacher:students per clubhouse and follows the National Association for the Education of Young Children accreditation guidelines.

Independence Co-op

For over 50 years, the Independence Coop Preschool has been providing the highest quality preschool education for local children. This goal has been achieved by actively involving families in their child’s education and providing the student with a positive self-image that develops readiness skills and early academics necessary for a successful Kindergarten education. The Co-op is a non-profit, non-discriminatory and tax-exempt organization. We are licensed by the State of Ohio. The preschool operates with a qualified and certified staff under the direction of a board that is made up of parents.

We offer a 2 days per week 3 year old program and a 3 days per week 4 year old program. Each child must be 3 by August 1 for the two days per week program and 4 by August 1 for the three days per week program.
